Note: You can put a pause on billing and still keep your subscription. Learn how to do that here.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your Account via our website by selecting the user icon in the top-right corner
- Select Manage Subscription from the menu
- Select Cancel Subscription
To reactivate your subscription:
- Return to your Account portal
- Select Manage Subscription from the menu
- Select Reactivate
