Energy gels are designed for use during exercise and have a thick, syrupy consistancy. They generally contain between 20-25g of carbohydrate and often need to be consumed with fluids. Our Gummies are designed to be eaten like food – eat before and during exercise (for example at half-time) to get energy. Our Gummies also contain 30g of carbohydrate per serving, as during team sports, you don't always have access to energy.
